New Chiropractic Patients

Chiropractic care accelerates the healing process. Walk in knowing what to expect.

Dr. Nate Roberts takes great pride in patient care. You should expect your first Back to Balance Chiropractic visit to take anywhere from 30-45 minutes. Below is an outline of a typical visit.

Intake form

When you first arrive we will ask you to fill out an intake form. You can complete this step before you even come in by clicking the “fill out my intake form” below and bringing a filled out printed copy to our office. These forms will ask for information on your past medical history, allergies, medications, insurance, and current symptoms.

Chiropractic Examination

When you come to the office you should expect to have blood pressure, pulse, reflexes, as well as specific orthopedic and neurological tests to assess:

  • Biomechanical discrepancies

Special Tests

Based on your history and examination it may be necessary to have x-rays taken onsite or to be sent out for a MRI or Blood work. These test can further narrow down exactly what treatment is necessary for your specific condition.

Chiropractor’s Findings

After all the data is gathered Dr. Roberts will sit down with you and discuss what he has found. He will go over your diagnosis, treatment options, and what your chiropractic options are. You will then be able to make a decision on what is best for you and your health.
